The HP-TCN-D Colloid Adhesion Tester, also known as the Probe Tack Tester, is one of the methods for testing adhesive tape adhesion. It is mainly used for initial adhesion testing of various tapes, adhesive colloids, and other different products. The product meets international standards such as ASTM D2979, and is suitable for various research institutions, adhesive enterprises, inspection and quarantine institutions such as self-adhesives.

Testing principle: Use a 1X1MM precision ground flat probe to press on the adhesive surface, fully contact for a certain period of time, and then completely separate in the opposite direction at a constant speed to generate the maximum force. This maximum force value is the adhesive force of the tested sample, and the machine will record the maximum tensile force value when leaving.
